AFTER SCHOOL CLUB REDUCED HOURS ON:
WEDNESDAY 14TH MARCH AND TUESDAY 17TH APRIL
Dear Parents/Carers,
I am writing to give advance warning of the early closure of After School Club on Wednesday 14th March and Tuesday 17th April. On these days, the Club will be only available until 4.00 p.m. This is in order to allow the staff to attend whole school staff training which is crucial to them in their roles, which will be running from 4.00 p.m. – 6.00 p.m.
We appreciate this isn’t an ideal situation for you, but the intention is that by giving sufficient notice, you will be able to make alternative arrangements for your child from 4.00 p.m. To reflect the earlier closing time, the charge for the club on that one evening will be £1.00, rather than the usual £6.50.
