Due to After School Club being fully established and proving extremely popular, as per the Terms and Conditions that was sent out to all Parents/Guardians we ask that if you no longer require your booking, at least 24 hours’ notice is given to avoid charges being made.
If the office staff are not informed you no longer require your space or your child fails to turn up, you will be charged for the session. Please notify the school office via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) by the required deadline.
Payment for the club is required in advance so please ensure you keep your account topped up to avoid the need to send emails chasing for payment.
